After contacting us we discuss the best way to market your property with video. This is free of charge, we are happy to discuss ideas with you and come up with a plan.

We then arrange a filming time. We hope to film the entire property and surrounds with one visit ranging from a few hours to 1-2 full days.

The film crew will arrive and together with your help we do the shoot.

After this we do the editing back at our offices – for a rough idea this takes approximately two days for every one day filming.

You then get to see your video(s) and make any changes before they go online. We do this by putting your video up on the internet on special page that is not for public perusal.

We will then give you your DVD’s, the .flv file for your web-site if you have one, and put up your complimentary web-page with us on the appropriate property videos listings page.

Your page with us can be linked to from any property listing and web-site in the world, and you have your online “brochure” you can use for all your marketing needs.

Property videos can also do stills of your property and help with your other marketing needs.
