Video Production
Help
If you are having trouble playing our videos there are a few things you can try:
  • The most common and reliable video player in the world at the moment is Flash - we have configured our videos accordingly. It should play on the page immediately.

  • Most computers have Flash Player installed but if you don't have it you can easily download it from www.adobe.com and follow the simple steps to download it.

  • Some businesses and organizations don't allow their staff to view video content on the internet. If you are not viewing from a home computer, perhaps your IT department has installed a firewall to prevent you watching video content. Please ask your IT department to change your network settings.

  • Our videos are configured to download easily with broadband connection, however if you are on a dial-up connection you may be experiencing buffering or slow jerky reception. You will still be able to watch the videos, however they will take time to download. Leave it to slowly download in its own time and then start the video again when it has finished downloading. You can also try closing any other programs you have running on your computer.

  • The play buttons and progress bar that appears on the video should disappear as you play the video. If it doesn't go away after a few seconds you may need to run your mouse over the viewing screen and then make sure your mouse is not over the play area.
