You will have the opportunity to make one set of changes before your video goes “live”. Any changes to the finished video after launch will be charged extra.

The video will not go 'live' until payment has been finalized.

Any extra costs incurred creating your production ie: helicopter hire, special requests, etc. will be charged to your account.

You or your agent must be onsite during production and the property prepared in advance. (see - Prepare for Filming)

Late Arrival: If you have not arrived on location within 30 minutes of your booking time, this is considered a "no show" and a cancellation fee applies.

Depending on your location a travel fee might apply
